IES performed mold remediation, HVAC ductwork replacement and crawlspace encapsulation last week, and I am simply overwhelmed by the quality of the work that was done! Everyone with whom I interacted, from Dan who did the initial evaluation, to Stephanie who provided a wealth of useful information and timely updates, to Miguel and his crew who went above and beyond by working in the terrible heat and humidity, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and super nice! If you’re like me and are hesitant to have this kind of work done because of the horror stories you’ve heard about unscrupulous contractors in this area, fear no more. I cannot recommend IES more highly and certainly would not hesitate to work with them again in the future, if needed. Stellar, stellar work!!!
