IES is a fantastic company that does high quality work. They are very responsive and easy to deal with. The energy audit/initial visit was very informative, and the follow-up work on the crawlspace and air ducts was thorough and professional. We had a minor miscommunication early-on, which they went beyond the call of duty to rectify.
